Shipping
All jerseys are made to order.
- Processing time: 2–4 business days
- Shipping time: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is personalized, all sales are final. We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- The item arrives defective
- The wrong item was sent
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
Personalization
Please make sure to enter your dog's name correctly before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
